Helios, the Sun God, represents the bounty of Summer as the controller of days and nights. This dinner pays homage to Helios and celebrates the peak experience of summer days moving into nightfall. The summer bounty, the longer sense of time, the feeling of skin exposed to heat, the transitioning colors of verdant greens, radiant oranges, bright magentas, and skylit blues. Days spent outside that melt into steamy nights of reverie and elongated togetherness.
Join us as we celebrate Helios with an evening fit for the gods. Curated by Chef Craig Richards and Creative Director Christopher Knowles, Helios will embody the ethos of the duo’s forthcoming concept, Monospace, providing guests with a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience combining culinary artistry with hi-fidelity soundscapes. Artist No Thank You John will create the setting with visuals and music that will lead us well past sunset into the heat of the night.
