DINNER SERIES 2025: SANZA SANDILE / YEOVILLE DINNER CLUB + DJ APPLEJAC
Join us in welcoming Chef Sanza Sandile to Chattanooga, the Joburg gastronomic smuggler, for one night of unforgettable dining.

Sanza runs the Yeoville Dinner Club, one of Johannesburg’s most sought-after culinary experiences. Known for his deeply personal storytelling and carefully curated Pan-African menus, his dinners explore the threads of history, migration, and memory—served with soul. Sanza has spent his life defining what it means to be African in a post-honeymoon South Africa.

His work has been featured on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Monocle Magazine, Sandwich Magazine, Eater Magazine and more.

Attracting an international audience to his table, His cooking is more than just food—it’s an experience, a fusion of history, flavors, and identity. Sanza’s vision extends beyond the plate; he curates a narrative that embodies the evolution of South Africa and the resilience of its people.

We're also thrilled to welcome DJ Applejac to take the vibe where we need it for the night. DJ Applejac is an Atlanta-based DJ/Producer with a global footprint, known for seamlesslyfusing all things soulful, from Hip-Hop, Rare Groove, Soulful House, and more.
